Paying by bank transfer: a payment you didn't finish no longer blocks you
- Back out of a bank payment and try again. When a customer pays a custom amount by bank transfer (ACH) and leaves the bank page before finishing, the payment page unlocks by itself after about 30 minutes. Before, the portal treated the unfinished attempt as a payment in progress and refused every new payment, by card or by bank, for a week.
- A clear message either way. Someone who just started a bank payment is told it will unlock shortly; someone whose bank payment really is on its way is still told to wait for it to clear, so nobody pays twice.
- Staff can see and reset it. On Customers, a customer with a bank payment on its way shows an ACH Processing badge with the amount next to their name, and one who opened a bank payment and didn't finish shows ACH Started. A Reset ACH button beside the badge clears it once you have confirmed with your payment processor that nothing is in progress — the same control Invoicing already had for single-invoice bank payments.

Your own domain: www works, and up-to-date DNS instructions
- www now works too. When you connect your own domain, the www version is set up at the same time and sends visitors to your portal, so someone who types www in front of your address no longer sees an error page.
- DNS instructions stay current. The records shown under Settings → Custom domain are the ones your hosting provider currently recommends, read live rather than fixed in advance. If your domain is already connected and newer records become available, the card says so and lists them; your domain keeps working either way.

Open an invoice to see what's on it
- Click an invoice to view it. On the Invoicing page, clicking an invoice card opens it in place, the same way an order opens on All Orders: every line with quantity, price and total, the subtotal, any promotion, discount, adjustment or card fee, the total, what has been paid and the balance due, plus the invoice date, due date, the order it came from and its delivery date.
- Nothing changes from the view. It is read-only; Edit Items, Adjust, Record Payment and the other buttons work exactly as before. Click the card again to close it.

Filters on the shop and on Create Order
- A Filters button next to the search box. On the shop, the product catalog and Create Order, it opens a panel with every way to narrow the list: vendor, category, brand, price, tags, and more. Tick as many as you like — two categories, three brands, a price range — and the count on the button says how many filters are on.
- The tabs still work. The vendor, category and price tabs are the quick path and now light up to match what's ticked in the panel. Tap a category tab again to add a second one.
- See what's on at a glance. Each filter shows as a small chip under the search box. Tap the × to drop one, or Clear all.
- Sort the grid. By name, price low to high or high to low, or what you ordered most recently. On Create Order, also by what that customer orders most.
- Filter by your price. Type a from and to price and the grid keeps only products in that range at the price you pay.
- Ordered before, on promotion, in my cart. Three quick switches at the bottom of the panel. Create Order adds has a custom price and in the order.
- For staff: show only products with a picture, or only those missing one; products with inventory tracking; and, on the product catalog, inactive products.

Portal front page on phones
- Long business names fit the header. On a phone, a longer distributor name no longer wraps and pushes the Sign in and Create an account buttons off the edge of the screen.

Part cases and typed quantities
- Part cases. Your staff can now enter 1.5 cases on an order they take, a standing order, a delivery, or when editing an order, and the invoice carries the fraction through. Orders your customers place in the shop stay in whole cases.
- Type the quantity when editing an order. The Edit Order window only had the − and + buttons. The number between them is now a box you can click into and type, the same as when the order was placed.
- No more stray zero. Price and delivered-quantity boxes no longer leave a 0 in front of what you type.

Promotions that run by themselves
- Run a promotion in one minute. Go to the new Promotions page, pick the deal — buy 2 get 1 free, a percent off, or a special price — choose the products and the customers (or everyone), and set the delivery dates it covers. From then on it happens by itself.
- Your customers get it automatically. When one of those customers orders one of those products for a delivery date in the window, the free cases or the lower price show up in their cart, on orders your staff enter, and on their standing orders. Buy 2 get 1 free keeps going: 4 cases get 2 free (you can cap it).
- They can see it before they order. The shop shows a banner with their promotions and the dates, a badge on each product on sale, and the sale price next to the regular one. Once they pick a delivery date the cart says You save $X, and if the date they picked is outside the promotion, it tells them.
- Deals on the whole order. "$10 off orders of $200 or more" or "5% off orders over $500" work the same way. The discount comes off the invoice after delivery, based on what was actually delivered, and the invoice says why.
- Every discount says why. When you give a discount on an invoice you can add a reason, and it prints on the invoice, the email, the receipt and the payment page — for example "Discount (Big order thank-you)".
- Did it work? Books → Reports → Promotions shows how many orders and customers used each promotion, what it cost you in free cases or discounts, and whether those customers bought more than in the four weeks before.
- Turn it off any time. Orders already placed keep what they got.

Promotions on a line, bill due dates, unallocated payments
- Give any customer a deal on any order. On Create Order, Edit Order or an invoice, tap Promo on a line: free cases, a percent off, a special price, or no charge — with the wording the customer will see, such as "Buy 2 get 1 free".
- Free cases are real lines at $0, so the driver checks them off, the picking slip lists them, and inventory counts them.
- The customer sees exactly what they got. The order, the invoice, the email, the printed 3" receipt and the online payment page show the deal under the item with the regular price crossed out, plus a Promotions line under the subtotal. Totals and payments work exactly as before — the sale price is simply the price.
- See what you've given away. The invoicing report now shows Promotions Given next to Discounts Given.
- Unallocated vendor payments are visible. A payment recorded without being applied to a bill now shows in its own list at the top of Bills, where you can edit or void it. Before, it only appeared on a card statement.
- Due date fills itself in. When you add a bill, the due date now comes from the vendor's payment terms (for example Net 30 from the bill date). You can still change it before saving.

Standing orders, order changes, partner draws
- Standing orders. Set the products and quantities you want every Monday and Thursday once, and the order is created for you the evening before each delivery — weekly or every other week, with an optional season and per-product days. My Orders → Standing orders, or open any past order and tap Repeat weekly.
- Change or cancel your order before the cutoff. If your distributor turns it on, My Orders shows Change order and Cancel order until the cutoff time (for example 8 PM the day before delivery). After that, call as before.
- Partner draws (owners). Books → Cash now answers "how much can we take out today?" from the bank balance, open invoices, bills coming due and this month's planned draws.
- Custom percent pricing. A customer can be priced at any percent off (or on) across every product, not only the preset levels.

Printing at the door and refunds
- Print the order at the door. Drivers and salespeople with a 3" printer can print the delivery order before confirming, so the customer reviews it first. Turned on per distributor in Settings.
- 3" receipts fit any phone. A paper-length setting on the delivery screen for phones that can't turn print scaling off.
- Refund a credit. Payments → Apply Credit → Refund credit records money returned to a customer; it shows on their statement and clears against the bank.
- Salespeople can create orders and complete deliveries for their own customers, with automatic invoicing.

Statements show what's on its way
- Invoices with an ACH payment in transit are marked ACH initiated · pending on statements and the weekly email, so nobody pays twice.
- Lump-sum ACH payments are applied automatically when they clear — to the invoices you ticked first, then oldest first.
- Payment receipts from the Payments tab now attach the paid invoice PDF.

Bank inbox
- Import your bank statement (CSV or Excel) on Reconcile. Lines are matched to your records automatically; unmatched ones become expenses, bill payments or customer payments in one tap. Re-importing the same statement adds nothing.
- Multiple bank accounts, with a default account and a picker on every money form.
- Statements say Credit balance instead of a green "Balance due" when you're owed money.
